My company is brand new because I only recently needed to form a company. I have been a software developer for 15 years, but I always worked through tech consulting agencies and never had to find my own jobs. I have been developing my own software application (about 75% done) for new car auto dealers. It fills a need for them and should enable them to sell a few more cars per month than they do now. Once the application is finished, I want to sell the application to dealerships using commissioned salespeople and then after achieving some market penetration, I want to sell the company to IBM or ADP (likely buyers) or anybody else who may be interested.
