THE MISSION: I want to commit to improving the quality of life for no-income / low-income families in communities., by making more Apartments/homes avaliable for poor familes to live in (section8/subsidy). From sources in my area, Northwest Indiana, It take 2-5 years before an family on section 8/subidy can become in a home to live. I would like to take familes off the streets sooner than time expected, by purchasing apartment buildings and have them section 8 approved for those tenants only.
Im an indivdual looking for funding to purchase muti-unit properties. Im looking for an $500,000 to be funding for the start of this particular project.
I want to start off by purchasing 4units and above.. 4-5 buildings around 85,000 (left over cash will be stored for property maintance, and emergancies), and build income to either put an downpayment on others to buy, or buy striaght out.. Eventually, will make enough income to build my own complexes for this type of project
