I am registered vendor as a Government Contractor, putting through Fedbid as a middleman between Supplier
and buyer. The best and lowest bid wins. I have been awarded a contract but I do not have funds to pay for the
supplier to be shipped. Delivery date is Sept. 15, 2011. Please help me with $20,000 dollars, I will repay with interest within 12 to 24 months. I have 5 more bids peding to be selection, and also close to finalizing usaid project in Ethiopia as a contractor with a sub contractot.
