Description:
Yoga Anahata will be Solano County's premier yoga studio serving the needs of a growing sector of the community interested in fitness and holistic health. Anahata features well-trained, professional instructors and will focus on making yoga fun and accessible for everyone. Most classes will be taught in the Vinyasa style, a fluid, cardiovascular workout that is the most popular style of yoga in the United States. Additional classes will be offered in other styles and for special populations, such as prenatal or senior classes.
Anahata will be located in Fairfield, California. This will place it near residential areas, the Solano Mall, large office buildings, the Travis Air Force Base, a large medical complex, and Solano's county offices. Anahata's goal is to attract local residents
