Description:
I will be graduating with a BA in Photography in June I simply want to buy a house that has a Separate suite perfect for my studio, the house is a wonderful investment in it's self fully remodeled and only 130K the way I see it if someone would be willing to loan me the 130K and I paid them 1k a month for 15 years they would profit 50K not bad.. plus it would help me with the space I need to make my clients comfortable and help my business succeed. I am also pressing starting a NON PROFIT after school program called H.E.A.R.T. (Healing Educational Art Related Therapy) I am currently working on a Business plan, I want to use this organization to help keeps kids off the street by giving them the freedom to be creative and express theme selves with art . My hope is that if they are given a creative out they are less likely to get into trouble.
