Description:
We purchased this business on contract from the current owner. We are looking to buy out right but just don't have the funding for a down payment. We have been running the business since April and we are actually doing okay considering all the work and cleaning and upkeep we had to do that took a toll on fiances. We are currently wanting to proceed with getting out of the contract as the current owner is very money hungry and wants to raise what we are paying every month. We are currently looking for someone who would be willing to invest in this small town reception hall that has great potential and filling up fast for 2019.
