Description:
We have our own Automotive business and are currently renting the building we are in. However, the owner has put it up for sale and we really hate to lose it because we are in a prime location. We need help to purchase the building and also some working captial to get things rolling really good. We are doing OK now but having extra money would allow us to get some things in stock such as oil, filters, tires, etc.
