Description: Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Sara Rong Liu and my company Westone, Inc. is a S Corporation established in 1993. I am the founder and owner of my company. We design, manufacture and import/wholesale home furnishing to department stores. Recently we have been awarded by the US Government for government contract. We'll design, manufacture and supply good quality home textile and furniture to 3600 units new buildings for the US government and military. Right now all legal procedure has been done and I have transferred $10.9 million from our contract account in Federal Reserve Bank New York to our regular business accounts and 3 vendors' accounts. But the transfer has been intercepted by the US Department of Treasury. They requested us to buy Treasury Bond $985,430 which we have paid. After that, TD request us to finish Performance Bond (PB) $1,566,000 before they finally release our first transfer and future transfers.
