Through our statistical research Elixir discovered white wine sales are even with red wine, however the amount of wineries focusing on whites are very limited in the US. Organic wineries are even harder to find, yet consumer’s buying trends have moved strongly into this area. Elixir’s goal is to fill this niche and build a brand around it.
