Previously shared a building with another bakery which has now closed permanently. Looking to move into my own storefront where I can capitalize on my own foot traffic. Currently the majority of business is wedding related through cakes and floral needs. Sandy personally carries 40 years of baking and cake decorating experience, along with over 22 years of floral experience. She also is a former member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) where she held numerous local, regional and state board positions. The vision of having my own storefront will allow revenue to expand exponentially through foot traffic and being able to book more events, as well as create several jobs along the way.
The area I am looking to set up shop is a high traffic, high residential and commercial area where there are no free standing bakery and floral shops within 15 miles of the area, with the exception of superstores (WalMart, Sam's Club, or grocery stores).
