We are seeking funding to start a Golf Range on 15 acres of family-owned land in this exotic Caribbean Island. There are no golf courses, golf ranges, or anything golf-related there and this would be the first of its kind. We anticipate this project being extremely lucrative since we're not having to pay for land and plan to engage local families and schools. We'll also implement an aggressive marketing plan for millions that already visit annually.
The funding will be used to condition the land, set up the range facility, set up a nice kitchen for food prep, and open covered seating for patrons to eat. We plan to contract part of the grill to a well-known chef and provide delivery to locals. This will be a hit for the community because it will be an alternative for their entertainment.
