We will be a premier, high-energy, themed uptown-upscale lounge in the Bronx, located at 4653 White Plains Road. Our goal is to maintain a competitive edge over our competitors through an exemplary provision of superior quality service. We expect our customers to have fun during their leisure time. The main objectives for the development of this new venue are:
• To capitalize on this excellent location opportunity with swift commitment
• To launch the venue with a highly publicized grand opening event in 2011
• To maintain effective cost control in our daily operations, and cash flow through diligent management and automated computer control
• To maintain a food cost below 22% of the beverage revenue
• To exceed seven hundred thousand (700,000.00) in annual sales by the fifth year of operation.
