Description:
I am opening a Latin Dance Club in the Dayton, OH area. Due to the recent closeures in the amount of dance clubs for latino or people who enjoy this type of atmosphere, we are having to travel long distances to obtain our avenue of entertainment. I have located a place through a reputable realtor who is also a part owner in the property, he beleives in me and my idea. I have a business plan, and I am willing to share it with only serious invetors. I have been in the restaurant business/industry for 22 years and I have embarked on this type of business venture before. I had planned to open by Cinco De Mayo ( May 5th ), due to funding this probably will not happen. I do want this club open by June and I will be working daily to make this happen.
