I have had this idea for years at 42 time to act. Indiana is very conservative, I however am not. My Idea is to open a upscale used clothing store, design the iside as a rock club, cater to the stylish and teens. Take in trade and resell. The profit used to help fund a teen center for kids to run and hang out in with adult supervision. The kids here have no clubs to go to and cannot cruise without being ticketed. I am a fitness nut and a go getter I weant to help these kids get in shape have a mentoring facility and job placement with moral focus.
