I make Organic Jamaican Patties from scratch, even the dough is done from scratch. This is my own recipe and it is the healthy alternate to the commercials one sold all over Jamaica. I made my patties with the best ingredients, whether it be meat or vegetables. I am currently operating my business online. I was born and raised in Jamaica. I cook Jamaican Cuisine very well. I would like to work with a developer who can help me package, market and get my product in stores. I would consider any help, even with a small storerfront. I would even consider building a franchise. I started making and perfecting these patties since the Fall of 2009. I sold over 1000 patties on eBay and got very good feedbacks. However, my profit got eaten up by eBay's fees.
