Description: I require one investor to finance £200,000 to start up with my friend and which then my bank will provide the other finance. At the moment the property has been completely refurbished and is in a shell like condition,i'm a chef and my buisness partner is a talented bar man and we both have excellent 'man management'skills and a thirst for hard work and this industry itself and feel this oppourtunity has truely fabulous prospects.I have detailed drawings/layouts and costings and predicted running costs and 'fitting out' costs which i will happily talk through in more detail with a prospective investor.
