Description: I design custom vehicle and gun parts (such as a secondary air injection system eliminator for AFP engines, AR-15 lowers, tactical rails, muzzle breaks, and GPS trackers for firearms and vehicles), and I design things that my customers need fabricated. I also have a small service that my company offers I like to call "self smith weaponry". With this service you can buy on of my companies unfinished lower receivers and finish it yourself with our equipment for free or you can bring your own and pay a fee to use our equipment. This gives you a final product that is precision made because of the high quality work with the machines and equipment. It also produces a 100% legal to own untraceable weapon. You can also use our reloading equipment to reload you ammunition for a small fee. or use our tools and cleaning kit to do a full build or full cleaning on your weapon. I understand this is controversial but it is also legal and part of our second amendment right. It is also very very popular given all of the push for gun control. I have also designed the first ever internal "bumpfire" system. I requires the trigger to actuate with every round fired and also has correct timing for firing with the newest design revision. I cant request ATF approval until I have a working prototype but I cant build a working prototype with my current machinery. The big issue is having to pay other people to prototype then produce the parts and also having to purchase unfinished lowers from another company instead of making my own. Most importantly the biggest problem of all is having to send copies of my un-patented designs to a company that has the capabilities to start immediate production and capitalized on all of my hard work. I am trying to get a 3d printer for prototyping and a 5 axis CNC mill for actually producing parts and unfinished lower receivers along with my custom designed upper receiver. My "Stubby Thumbs" upper was inspired by the fact that i want to be able to use my forward assist without removing my hand from the grip but my thumbs are too short to do so. i moved the forward assist forward and down then used a "bent bar link" to make the connection between the newly placed button and the BCG. I have also been working on a way to loer the hammer with a round in the chamber without setting it off the being able to recock the hammer with out ejecting the good round or causing a jam. this would give added safety to the gun and also allow for a person to retry a failed to fire round without having to risk ejecting it from the chamber. I have experience in CNC programming and operation along with 1 engineering degree from OSU-IT and am working on a second. My current cash flow is severely limited by not having the ability to produce my own products in an effective manner. When prototyping costs several hundred dollars per part and machining costs have gone up it would be easier and much more cost effective to produce my own products from start to finish which would also increase the speed at which I can produce them while lowering the cost therefore I could lower the retail cost and still make a greater profit because more people would be able to buy them and more people would buy my products if I could sell them for less money. I believe that quality and craftsmanship are two things that should not be sacrificed, but it is hard to control what someone else considers quality work. I started producing my own car parts because I could not find high quality parts for a decent price. Since then I have expanded from simple parts like EGR block off plates to complete emissions elimination kits for pure race cars and custom gun parts. All I need is the equipment and supplies to start producing on my own products more efficiently. I already have a manual mill that has been modified to have 5 axis, 3d design software, a computer that is more than capable or rendering the most complex 3d design imaginable, a document printer and a design printer, 2 reloading presses, and various AR-15 machining manuals and jigs.
