The Fitzpatrick Group is a new company founded Oct 2004. We are reorganizing to include a variety of services. Currently we operate a commercial cleaning franchise. We started the commercial cleaning in August 2005 and already bill 5K/month. We are expecting revenue to reach 10K/month in the next 8 months. We are looking to buy 1 to 2 companies within the area with a combined cash flow of $400K. We will be tapping into the commerical/residental real estate investing & Private Placement arena within the next 24 months which will compliment our current business.
