Description:
Fight or Flight is self defense training and instruction based off Krav Maga. This is the system that Isreal and US special forces are trained in. What sets this apart is the simplicity for all to use and follow as well as the survival "no rules" combat. this system is great for womens self defence, military, police, civilian, body guards, asset protection and better yet the BUSINESS PERSON.
my motto is "Keep What Ya Got" meaning your wit and life.
