We are at the point of having a tax id and are working towards forming the LLC, we have the Idea and the drive to get this business plan to work. However the funding capital that is needed is out of our hands and can not afford it. We need an investor willing to help us with the funding prtion and in turn recieve 25-30% of the gross recipts in payment. IE if we bring in $18,800 in a month the investor would recieve $5,640.00 for that month as a payment and so forth over the corse of a 5 year period. If the payoff has not been satisfied by the 5 year term then we would start the process of an IPO for the capital needed.
