The Eye Machine, LLC was formed in early 2014 to develop, manufacture, and lease to medical professionals, primarily optometrists, a medical device to treat AMD (macular degeneration) by delivering low level electric current (microcurrent) to the eye, mitigating the effects of age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
Our Market
AMD is the number one cause of severe vision loss and legal blindness in adults over 60 in the U.S. As our population ages, and the “baby boomers” advance into their 60′s and 70′s, we will see a virtual epidemic of AMD.
