Description: SolarXell was officially established in 2014. SolarXell provides integrated solar solution services such as designing, installing, QA, and commissioning. It also distributes solar materials (solar panels, PV inverters, and mounting systems) to EPC and subcontractors. SolarXell is appointed to be a SMA Solar official distributor in Thailand and Southeast Asia. SMA is the world’s largest PV inverter manufacturer. It’s a German brand which all we realize as the world’s best quality. Furthermore, SolarXell partnerships with CSUN-China Sunergy Company Limited which is the tier-1 quality according to Bloomberg New Energy Finance. In addition, we have a strong partnership with HeckertSolar, the German solar panel manufacturer. The German panels are produced, assembled, delivered, and all processes in Germany. SolarXell provides this solution for high-end customers who want to get the world-class materials that are totally imported from Germany. Our main goal is to reduce our clients’ electricity bill by using renewable energy and technology. We want to be help people solve the energy shortage issue and improve the carbon footprint level that will save the world from global warming problem. Apart from that, we would like to transform solar systems to an electricity system for everyone. Here is the thing. Two years ago, I set up the first company and only wanted to do the solar trading company which imports materials and distribute them to subcontractors and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies). However, there are 40% of total amount of our clients wanted to hire us as a project developer. That is the reason why I decided to incorporate the second company named “SolarXell Corporation Company Limited” under the same brand name, “SolarXell”. The second company will be a solar developer which does only installation service. Because we jump directly to our suppliers factories, we get the best deal whenever we want to buy materials. As a result, it helps SolarXell be “the nation’s best low-cost solar solution”. Let me be honest with you. I want to share how I operate two companies. All expenses (office rentals, logistics costs, computers, software, electricity bills, travel costs, pension funds, including labor costs are on the first company. However, the employees work for two companies. If the clients are subcontractors, those transactions will be threw to the first company. If the clients are end-users who want us to develop the projects, the transactions will be threw to the second company. Technically, the second company has almost no operation cost. That will save my cost but double two mainstream revenue and strengthen the brand name, “SolarXell”. Let me go straightforward. I visualize and see my second company in the near-term future as an exponential growth. Here is the plan. I’m going to build transaction from real customers who pay actual money for the services. At the same time, I plan to raise the capitals from high-net worth individual investors, private equity firms, institutional investors, venture capitalists, and investment bankers. The capitals will be raised many rounds until it’s the right time. Then I will bring the companies to go public. It can be in Stock Exchange in Thailand or overseas. Of course, I will try my best to compensate my investors at the early days and multiply their profit after the years of raising capital rounds. That’s the financial perspective. Apart from that, the solar industry was filled in the Power Development Plan (PDP 2015-2036). Here is the link, (URL removed) That is the reason why I strongly believe that a silver lining lies ahead for two decades. As part of my personal goal, it’s crystal clear in my mind to see every home will have solar products related in the next 30 years. That will help social and environmental circumstances. That will help us improve the world. Please let me know if you’re interested in my vision. sam shin chairman & ceo SolarXell
