Pantry will be a cafe neighboring the Bedford Stuyvesant location in Brooklyn. Pantry will be a transitioning cafe catering to the needs of customers for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The current location does not have any current competition other than local corner stores which would not specialize to how Pantry would.
I myself am a tea person and there is nothing like a fresh cup of tea in the morning that gets me going. I plan to provide these morning attributes to get the attention of the patrons walking to the train station which is on the next block. The neighborhood had several highlife buildings but no place to grab good or have a nice glass of wine or a nice cold draft beer.
