Description:
This is a startup venture still in the planning stages. The facility that I anticipate opening in was previously a coffee house. It was successful to a little over 2 years then the owner took an absentee position and the business failed. The location is adjacent to a strip mall with a new discount store as it's anchor and a lot of foot traffic. Its sit on a major intersection and across from a Community college with a minimum 17K student body. It is also in a well established neighborhood with a population of 25K in the surrounding mile.
