With two offices; one serves the Bay Area and the second serving the Fresno Valley. I have seen many opportunities pass me by and I have not been able to capitalize on them because of the lack of resources. With the right investor; one who practices the win-win philosophy great opportunities can be very profitable. I am going to circulate a real estate magazine to promote my company in the San Jose area; the goal is to circulate 100k copies (hand delivered to homes) by the end of the year.
In this magazine I intent to put an ad that says “We buy houses cash”. I have seen the opportunities in the past and I still see them in the present. I am looking for an investor with the same vision to join me in the venture. I am very open for ideas to make it happen fast, but I am not desperate.
