I want to purchase, renovate foreclosed properties in the City of Cleveland. I plan to begin by purchasing 2 properties. There are hundreds of properties available, many that do not require demolition in order to be renovated, saving money. I want to offer these properties through a low-income based program (non-government or city affiliated)that will benefit many families that are currently on waiting lists for other income based rental programs offered in the city. I have dreamed of starting a home renovation business for years, and living in a city filled with available housing that is going to waste gives me the passion for this.
