Description:
What I am looking for in a potential investor:
--Someone who wishes to be totally hands on like myself, or someone who is looking to be just the financing help that I currently need.
--I have 60k to put towards this business venture and I would like to a 50/50 split in ownership of our first sub shop franchise.
--Within the first 10 years of operation, I would like to have 4 additional shops, opened up and all being operationally profitable in a 45 mile radius within 10 years.
--The investor’s net worth will need to be over 200k, to qualify for consideration for the franchise.
--For this to happen it would certainly make sure to expand the Jimmy Johns franchise in an area of the US that doesn’t have any competition from fellow franchise owners. I am willing to move anywhere in the US, and to be the general manager of the sub shop.
--I have an extensive educational background and I am a highly motivated and driven individual. After looking into many different franchise opportunities, this particular one gain my undivided interest, after talking to current, Jimmy Johns franchise owners.
--The total costs and financing for a franchise is around 350k, which 80k needs to be liquid and the other 270k, would be financed.
--The numbers in this business plan are not totally accurate, as I have used some software to write up this business plan. I do have a bachelors degree in Accounting, and after meeting with some current franchise owners, and looking for this numbers, this business idea, seems like it could be very profitable, if opened in the proper area, managed properly, and also it expansion of franchises continues.
