I have worked with successful mentors in the past on foreclosures ,that wanted 70% of the final closing on financing!NO WAY, i will find the house with my real estate man in the GrandRapids area for around 20000 put 10000 into it and will flip it within 3-4 weeks, clearing 20000! Yes the finished value will be near or at 80000-115000 but,"i want to flip this house", so what im saying is i will flip a house that still has 40000-50000 equity, and no im not crazy ,i just want to stay attractive!!!!!!!!even other investors are able to see this fit for buying!my wanting is to average 10000 a month when im up and rolling!im looking at a 10-11% average interest rate on this loan. well my arsenal is set, i have the real estate man, the contractors, the mentors,and most of all the will and know how!
