Description: Ryan and Ashley Stainbrook own multiple businesses and we are looking to add a new business as well, expand our others. We would like to develop a new app called “The Dinner Bell”. This app would have multiple features amongst them. - inventory of food - meal planning recipes based on diet and food inventory - news for dinner discussion -community forum on health and nutrition - and direct link to small batch farmers to connect farmers directly to consumers. With help to producers to help them ship farm fresh foods directly to consumers, all food would have to be federally inspected. Consumers would pay a one time $4.99 charge to keep commercials and ads off app. There is an additional 3% charge for a Sales maintenance and a 3.5% credit card usage fee. Our goal is to become the Amazon of the Farmer market world and process $25,000,000,000 a year in food sales. Rafter Dollar cattle company has 45 head of cows and we are looking to add another 150 cows and an employee. We specialize in show cattle for 4-H and FFA Youth. As well looking to raise hormone and antibiotic free beef for the new app. Stonypoint Seed has been in business since 2017. We currently serve 250 farm families in Eastern, KS and Western Mo. We have the opportunity to add a fertilizer plant and update our facilities. This upgrade will move us from around $2,000,000 in Sales to $35,000,000 in annual sales. Stonypoint Farms, has been in business since 1951. We would like to expand our business from 2000 acres of farmland to 5,000. This will take additional equipment, labor, and operating capital.
