I had the site built by a designer in 2006-2007, however, I was not overly impressed with the quality and not at all certain that as the site is currently set up that is really marketable. However, I have done a fair amount of research and if the funding were available I believe I could turn the site into a highly marketable and very profitable venture expanding to much more than home listings.
After establishing a presence and market in property listings I would like to expand the site to start offering paid listings to real estate agents, insurance agents, moving companies, mortgage brokers, and possibly apartment complex's.
