The Concept
MoodMusic is a music based social networking application that allows friends to connect by sharing their musical tastes and favorite songs. Music speaks to people in many different ways and has the power to express much more than the limits of language. The MoodMusic community will be able to share/listen to the very songs that touch our lives everyday. Continually updating, listeners will be sure to always have access to an ever growing library of great songs. No more listening to a set play list that repeats and only has part of the song; instead, let your friends choose your commercial free playlist the next time you need a jam session or if you just want to listen to some music while browsing the web. With our iPhone app you will never be without music again.
The Company
MoodMusic’s uninterrupted music application is being launched on Facebook through an application on their operating platform. Facebook currently has over 500 million worldwide users that will have access to our free application that provides not only new music but an innovative voice for the individual to express themselves through music to the world. Each person’s MoodMusic song is globally broadcasted and logged live through our “Global Jukebox,” allowing you to contribute your song selection to the MoodMusic community around the world.
MoodMusic made the easy decision to partner with Apple iTunes based software due to their market share in the music industry. A few months ago Apple reached the 10 Billionth purchased song mark. All songs currently purchased through iTunes on MoodMusic results in a 5% commission. We feel strongly that working with these market leaders allow ample opportunity for exposure.

Future Development:
MoodMusic has many exciting additions to implement in the near future that we believe will continue to set us apart from any other music service. For example, we are using facebook to launch our product to gain a large fan base before we direct them to our own platform at (URL removed). This site will continue to deliver our users the same services we currently offer as well as endless opportunities for expansion. On (URL removed) we will be able to integrate many useful features such as allow users to rate songs, artist/song suggestions that coalesce with what the user already likes, search for local shows, capability to buy tickets to those shows, etc. We also have purchased multiple other domains that we will be providing our services on. We plan to expand our mobile application to other application based smart phones as well as allow our users to share their current MoodMusic on all of the major social networking sites.
*MoodMusic also owns and operates buildingbands,com. By incorporating this service to our applications, we will be creating the simplest way to create a band. Future license agreements with (URL removed) will allow for users to play and record live music with people from around the world.
