I have a proven concept. My family and I successfully opened up two Donut Shop and Grill concepts that sold bakery items, breakfast and lunch. Both were profitable and sold for three times what they cost to start. We tried to open a full scale restaurant that failed and forced us to sell both of the Donut Heaven and Grill restaurants we owned in order to try and save the restaurant. We wound up losing the restaurant anyways and declared bankruptcy, which is why we are now having trouble finding a loan to get us back on our feet. We want to go back to our original business model which is strictly donuts, breakfast and lunch. And believe me there are alot of credit card transactions in our business.
