Century is an independant security company providing customers with complete home security systems. We sign the customers to a 3 year monitoring contract with Monitronics international, Inc., the fastest growing alarm monitoring company in the nation. We run a summer sales program employing mostly college students, a method proven far more productive than the standard year-round companies. The rest of our year is spent recruiting a number of reps to move to satellite offices throughout the country for the summer.
