I'm in the development stage looking for an investor for foreclosure properties. I am a professional and have over 15 years in the construction/real estate industry. Foreclosures are at a high and real estate is at it's low and I want to take advantage of the opportunity to research foreclosures with the highest possible profit, buy and resell. I will be responsible for researching foreclosed homes for the best deals out there, doing minor renovations (painting, flooring, landscape, etc)if needed, to bring more value to the home, and reselling. I have done alot of research already and am ready to start immediately upon funding. I will charge a 10-15% commission plus any renovation costs. The investor shall profit 20%-35% their investment, depending on property. I plan on doing multiple properties per month, one at a time, providing the funding is there. Each property will be ready to resell 2-3 weeks after obtaining possession. All I'm looking for is funding and I will provide my professional and successful experience.
