Hy Spirits is a high quality, craft distillery.
My twin brother and I believe there is a serious lack of quality in the spirits industry. We're talking about vodka, gin, rum, and whiskey. Dominant manufacturers have driven down price without progressing their product. They toss around the word 'tradition', but what they really mean is primitive and outdated practices. New methods for making beer and wine have reinvented those markets, but the way some of these manufacturers make spirits is pre prohibition. It is flat out outdated, and it can be done better. We are starting our own high quality craft distillery, and are ready to become leaders in this new and emerging market. We want to reinvent the way people think about their spirits; to build a market and brand that customers can be proud of. We are starting in San Diego county where they have embraced the brewing culture so much that San Diego is now a leader in the craft beer industry. We want to become an early and dominant leader in this industry. Growth and expansion are going happen very quickly as this will become a nation wide product common behind bars across the country.
