We have obtained a perfect location for our idea which is being modeled after a company I have worked for over the past 2 years. It envolves an upscale atmosphere and food that is catered around adults 25 and older. Most individuals now a days dont eat 3 course dinners in this project area unless its an anniversary or a special occasion. We are to provide great upscale food with a Specialty Raw bar in a sophisticated casual atmosphere. The building is 4000sq feet in which 1000 is located outdoors with waterview and the rest of the building can be open air. The company we are modeling after does 80,000 dollars in sales a week with less space.
