We developed a standard system that gives each of our customers the best chance at maximizing their profits per unit in a steadily growing rental market. We have been developing and testing our system for nearly a decade on our own personal properties and we believe we have made all the necessary upgrades and changes to guarantee success for our future clientele. TopFlight's marketing strategy will depend heavily on returning customers as well as word of mouth advertising and we intend to accomplish this by keeping our products on the high end side of the rental market and making sure all units represented by TopFlight stay consistent and we will do both while remaining cost effective. Our primary philosophy that we will live and die by and that will set us apart from other companies in the industry is this; TopFlight will only represent units that follow our guidelines and meet our detailed standards, and we will decline units that do not comply. Quality over quantity is a very unique characteristic in an industry that primarily strives on bulk inventory, and we believe that consumers will buy into our philosophy which will allow us to grow a very loyal customer base at an accelerated pace.
