Description: Scallyroo LLC. is the holding company of (URL removed) which is a is a social utility for young people to connect with friends, create wish lists, set goals, earn rewards, and manage their busy lives. We provide a platform for our user base to communicate better with their friends and family through various tools that are grounded in education and responsibility. One of which is a our proprietary Goal Contracts Manager, where our users can set goals, attach a reward for reaching those goals, and enter into a contract with another person (namely their parents)binding them to purchase the reward upon goal completion. Essentially we provide an incentivization medium for young people to do socially responsible merits and provide their parents (teachers or anyone else) a way to reward them. We also offer up a Universal Wish List that operates similarly to a bridal registry, except it is designed specifically for kids. Our users can set up wish lists for their birthdays, for holidays, graduation, just about anything... and share them with their parents, friends and other family members. Our other major attribute is our social calendar which we built to act as a nerve center for all things Scallyroo. Our users can manage their social life, their schoolwork, and their goals through this calendar and can share all these events with not only their friends on Scallyroo, but with anyone with an email address. One great feature of the calendar is this share feature, where if a user shares an event like a "study session for a Math test" with their friends, their friends can have this event seamlessly added to their calendar with the click of a button. Essentially, this calendar tool aggregates the lives of our users across friend connections, keeping friend and family on the same page. (URL removed) is also a market leader in safety. We are pioneering a ground-breaking Parent Dashboard for our younger users (u-13) which allows the parent administrative control of many site features for their children. For our under 13 users, Parents must approve friend requests, can set and view pending goals, can oversee and add calendar events, and can communicate in many more intriguing ways with their children. We encourage the parent to partner up with us, to educate their kids where they spend the majority of their time - on the net. We are expandng at a rapid rate and have received tremendous feedback since we launched. We are looking for additional investment cap and are open to all discussions.
