Description: Flatirons Drilling, Inc. was incorporated in February of 2005. Since conception we have taken on all kinds of projects from 36” steel bores to backyard communication rebuilds. Flatirons has worked for numerous contractors and clients such as MasTec, Kahuna ventures, USI, Flint Energy, Qcfs, Antero Resources, Exxon Mobil, Enterprise Production, Kinder Morgan, Level 3, At&t, Xcel HP, and many more. Currently Flatirons Drilling is looking to expand its scope of work by utilizing a DBA Spartan Energy Services. This will be a diverse group that would perform work in the North Dakota Bakken Oil Field which is located in the western half of North Dakota which includes from Canadian border south to North Dakota South Dakota border and west from Minot and Bismarck to Montana border. We are also pursuing work in the Colorado Niobrara play which is located in the Northeastern portion of Colorado but does include some of Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming. Work would range from general maintenance including piping, setting tank batteries and separators on well sites, summer maintenance of areas surrounding well including, mowing, gravel replacement and flagging and snow removal in the winter months. On the natural gas gathering side there is installation and maintenance of compressor sites. The type of work ranges from simple leak repairs to the installation of the compressor, Dehy unit, Argus (Valve) buildings, slug catcher and separator buildings along with periodic maintenance (similar to Oil Well Locations). Also, our capabilities will expand into gathering, distribution and transmission oil and natural gas pipeline installation.
