We would like to offer you a win-win situation. At Valencia Energy, we are taking new technology to the proverbial street. We sell electricity directly to the end user. These clients will be using 500 kilowatts.
Here’s how we plan on doing this:
• Clients will sign a 25-year Power Agreement contract.
• They will purchase electricity for $0.02 per kilowatt-hour below their current cost.
• The agreement is for twenty-five years, promising the same low rate throughout the years.
• Clients will not be taken off the Grid; the Grid will become back up to the Valencia Generator.
• The Generator has three back-up motors and is built to last at least 75 years.
Here’s the good part:
• Investors can use their contracts to leverage with a bank to negotiate a five-year lease or buy.
• We install the Generator behind clients’ buildings.
• We collect payments directly from clients.
• The Generator will pay itself off in five to seven years, which means you will collect profit for 18-20 years.
• In Hawaii it pays out in three years, with 100% profit every three years (Alaska is even more profitable).
