RS² (RS Squared), Alternative Investment Solutions, is a nationwide cash equity buyer of single family residential properties. We utilize cash buying power to acquire distressed properties in prime neighborhoods across the country at substantial discounts (e.g. 35-50%) from financially-struggling homeowners and financial institutions obtaining a strong equity position at the time of acquisition. The properties are then restored and resold to the retail market at a discounted price.
RS² is a business venture consisting of a conglomeration of several business professionals and real estate investment entities. We have collectively created and optimized a business model that focuses on driving Return on Investment (ROI) for our investors and the organization. RS² has developed strong processes, procedures and risk mitigation strategies that allow us to identify and perform in the best markets nationwide. Since 2007, RS² has invested over $4M completing 20 projects in 3 markets, averaging a per project ROI of 26% and project completion times of less than six months. We are able to achieve this success by partnering with top real estate and construction talent across the country, driving optimal results through strong project oversight.
RS² is looking to further capitalize on the current residential real estate opportunity by raising $10M for project acquisition and company operation expansion in the next fiscal year. Our long term strategy is to increase to a $40M portfolio by the end of year three.
