I am a retail owner that sells jewelry at festivals. I do very well at festivals but my current inventory is to low to grow. My wife of 35 years died in April after a long illness. The cost of funeral and medical expenses depleted my working capital to expand growth. I order Murano style and pandora style jewelry direct from China and my profit margin is 300-400%. My turnover of product is 1500% and their is a strong demand at festivals for my product. The main problem is that an order takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. If I was to increase on hand inventory my sales would grow and delays waiting on product would greatly decrease.
