I am a 40 year veteran of the food service industry, with deep experience in Quick Serve (Corporate and Franchise segments) Casual dining and Concept dining offering. My journey will show rapid advancement to through each the operational and training aspects of support and now I seek to start something dynamic for myself.
I'm interested in a Concept from Omaha, NE which operates under the name of Sam and Louies, and Italian based Bistro, specializing in New York Style Pizza, Pasta and Calzones, and a demographic which badly needed on the plains states and throughout the heartland. They target the small towns which cannot support the traffic demands and demographic requirements of most national brands, which could bring smaller versions of their family dining concepts, to those communities.
I have no doubt that the experience I possess, and the people I can bring with me, can make this, or any brand we decide upon, a franchise success. I'd be interested in any financial partner who can spend sometime sharing my vision, and seeing the upside to what is a niche, badly overlooked in the middle of these United States.
