The primary objectives of the company are to profitably produce semi-custom performance powerboats and to establish R&J Marine Technologies LLC as the industry leader with its patented hull and “Dual Drive” propulsion options. The secondary objective is to do this in a way that builds upon the company, its brand, customers, and lends itself towards future business growth.
The management team of R&J Marine will be led by Russell Erickson as President, and will be composed of industry veterans that can lead the company to manufacturing and profitability quickly, to either sell the company to an industry rival or investment group, or to further develop the company into a power boat segment leader with continued innovative product offerings.
