Description:
I want to reopen our local theater and replay old movies over buffet dinners. My customer base is very diverse. There are many reitrees and senior citizens the are and the older movies are picked to take them back in time over a plate of spaghetti. Also in my area are four colleges and two universities within an hour's drive or less so another part of my audience will be college-aged people looking for something different to do on a Fri. or Sat. night and what better than an old movie to cuddle up and watch together. The equipment is already there in place and some improvements have been made. The property also includes two store fronts and the rents from them are paying the mortgage for the current owners.
