SoftNet International, LLC was recently licensed as a company business in the state of Ohio. Currently we have 2 principals, and two part time employees. With the start-up in place (less than 30 days) we have not made a dime thus far. However, we do have contracts lined up for $80k and $50 respecitvely that deal in the medical industry. We are also a part of GLIDE which is a local Entrepreneurship association.
Our communications manangement software package today supports large and medium hospitals, helping them to manage their voice and data communications. For hospitals, this is critical. There are six easy pieces to the software system and when combined equate to over $300K in total.
We are currently in three local hospitals with at least 1-3 of the six easy pieces. Cleveland Clinic Health systems, Summa Health Systems and Akron General Medical Center hospitals.
I need capital to fully develope these systems (Six Easy Pieces) in what is called Microsoft (URL removed) format and sell this niche software package to all hospitals across the state of Ohio. Then I plan to branch out to the surrounding states, and finally the USA. With contacts in place at the Cleveland Clinic we already are in position to go international.
Note: this software does not need to be limited to the medical industry. It has in fact run in fortune 500 companies, financial institiutions, and utility organizations. It would fit nicely in colleges across the country too.
Besides the need for large institutions in managing their total communications systems better, we can offer a subscription to our software which reduces the overall big dip in organizations pockets for the use of this software. It is a complete communications manangement package, and there are very few software companies out there providing all "six easy pieces". Finally, it is a niche software package, very techncial in nature which makes competition limited in general.
Specifically, I am looking for $300k-$400k of capital to make this software business shine and grow to a multi-million dollar annual business within 3-5 years.
