Our company is in the startup phase and has invested about $27,000 of our own money so far into the business. We have our Federal Import Permit and are in the process of obtaining our New Jersey Plenary Wholesale license which will allow us to sell wine to Wholesale distributors in the NJ marketplace. At this time we have signed contracts with a prominent Italian winery and are in the process of getting a purchase order from the largest alcohol distributor in the State of New Jersey to purchase our imported wine. We do not deal in speculation, and all of our product will be resold before purchasing. We maintain a minimum of a 30% margin on all goods sold. In some instances we can actually bring in as much as 60% margin.
