I would like to open up a meditation studio that can offer relaxation to people from everyday stress away from work, family, etc. Each class will first start off with pranayama (breathing exercises) for the first 10 minutes, then 40 minutes of guided deep relaxation meditation. Classes will be offered every hour from 12PM-8PM all seven days of the week.
