The concept proposed by the game is a synergy of traditional lottery game methodology with the mature technology of the mobile telephone (cell phone) and commercial TV. Entry will be via cell phone (including 3G), as will the payment of small value prizes. The license for the game it's already granted from the Government. Time to market is 6 months, and all necessary technology is finished.
