Description:
Just established a couple of months ago. Being a Civil Engineer, a Project Manager and Senior Estimator on a full time basis for the last 30 years, I decided to put up my own real estate company with the objective of buying, re-upgrading, and then re-selling foreclosed properties. Having first hand knowledge of material, labor, equipment, supervision, taxes, fees, permits, licenses, and insurances for real estate projects, I firmly believe that with a good capitalization on a low rate and long term basis, I could gradually solidify a very profitable company in the real estate business.
